Terms of Service

• ASKTOOL connects your agents to a browser inbox through MCP and supported APIs. Agents can ask questions, receive your replies, and exchange files with you.
• Browser notifications are optional. Email is used for sign-in links, not for agent questions. The service is provided as-is and may change as the product evolves.

• You are responsible for securing your email inbox, devices, browser sessions, and agent credentials used to access ASKTOOL.
• Temporary access may expire. Sign in to keep access to your inbox across devices. Inbox content remains subject to retention limits.
• You may not share credentials or agent authorizations with unauthorized users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, violate these terms, or create security risk.

• When you authorize an agent, you permit it to use ASKTOOL within its granted permissions, including sending questions and accessing replies and shared files.
• Connect only agents you trust and share only data you are authorized to disclose. Agent providers remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• You can revoke agent access in Settings. Revocation prevents future access through that connection but cannot remove copies an agent has already received.

• You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You may not use ASKTOOL to process data you are not authorized to access or disclose.
• Automated access is permitted only through approved product surfaces and issued credentials.

• You retain responsibility for the data, files, questions, and replies you submit or authorize agents to access. You permit us to process this content as needed to provide the service.
• Agent-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use.
• Questions and shared files are retained for up to 30 days; unattached uploads expire after 24 hours. Keep your own copies of important data. ASKTOOL is not permanent file storage.

• No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continuous availability of the service.
• Maintenance, outages, third-party provider changes, or network issues may temporarily affect availability. Browser permissions, device settings, and push providers can affect notifications; delivery or display is not guaranteed.
• ASKTOOL does not replace professional legal, compliance, financial, or security advice.

• We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
• For minor negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.
• Otherwise, liability for minor negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

• You may stop using the service at any time and delete your inbox in Settings or request account deletion by contacting us.
• We may modify or discontinue the service or individual features with effect for the future. We will provide appropriate notice for material changes to these terms.

• Daily limits apply to questions and newly uploaded file volume. Current limits and usage are shown in Settings and reset at midnight UTC. Individual files are limited to 10 MiB.
• Paid plans are monthly USD subscriptions processed by Stripe. Your price and daily allowances are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then. Upgrades may incur an immediate prorated charge; reductions take effect at renewal.
• You authorize recurring subscription charges when purchasing. We do not automatically refund unused time; contact emil@esnx.xyz about refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Deleting an inbox does not cancel a subscription.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
